The Middle East Quartet was formed in 2002 in an attempt to reach a Middle East peace settlement. The Quartet is made up of the UN, EU, Russia and the United States. If this proposal develops, the possibility of the Antichrist playing a role in the final agreement escalates .

The completion of the Abraham Accords must contain five specific elements:

1) The Palestinians must be included in the peace agreement.

2) A Palestinian homeland must be established in Judea (the West Bank).

3) Jews living in Judea will be allowed to remain there, living in the midst of the Palestinians.

4) The Temple Mount will be placed under a sharing arrangement so that all religions can worship there.

5) Jerusalem will remain undivided under Israeli control.Once the Palestinians become part of the peace agreement containing the above five provisions, the Final Seven Years to Armageddon will begin. This appears likely to occur in the next few months.

Aug 18, 2022 THIS Treaty Structure: The Treaty between the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, also known as the New START Treaty, enhances U.S. national security by placing verifiable limits on all Russian deployed intercontinental-range nuclear weapons. The United States and the Russian Federation have agreed to extend the treaty through February 4, 2026.

A significant obstacle to a new nuclear agreement relates to revelations made public over the past four years of covert Iranian nuclear weapon sites and Iran’s refusal to allow the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to investigate them. The new deal gets past this problem with a “roadmap” agreement, under which Iran will answer the IAEA’s questions about undeclared nuclear sites and activities.

Sanctions relief supposedly will only be provided if Iran provides honest and complete explanations. However, as they did when this process was used in the past, the United States and the IAEA are likely to accept any Iranian explanation to close the file on this issue.

The most troubling U.S. concession is a provision under which Iran will continue to enrich uranium. Like the JCPOA, the new agreement is expected to require Iran to send this enriched uranium (except for 300 kg) to Russia. Iran will then be provided an equivalent amount of uranium ore. On September 26, the Sanhedrin will be hosting the first conference of the Organization of 70 Nations at which representatives of several nations will attend. The conference is to bring together all of the nations under the common belief in the sanctity of the Bible and the sanctity of all of mankind. The members of the organization agree to the sanctity of Jerusalem and the Temple’s, as well as the sanctity of God’s covenant established with all of mankind through Noah. Every nation and ethnic group who sees itself as part of humanity and therefore accepts responsibility to join in a universal covenant of brotherhood of peace is invited to take their place in this Organization of 70 Nations.”


The concept of 70 nations is taken directly from the Bible.

The concept of 70 nations also appears in reference to the 70 oxen offered in the Temple throughout Sukkot (the feast of the tabernacles) which the Talmud (Sukkah 55b) teaches are for the merit of the 70 nations.


The conference will address the inability of the United Nations to maintain peace among the nations. Included in this are the actions of the UN that contravene the Noahide principles that are the basis upon which humanity exists. One example of this is the UN agenda to promote abortion and euthanasia as “human rights.”

Other things on the agenda

The conference will also address the actions of the UN against Israel and the Biblical covenant that grants the land to the Jewish people.

The attendees will also address the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), known commonly as the Iran nuclear deal or Iran deal, which enabled Iran, an openly aggressive power and state sponsor of terrorism, to advance its nuclear weapons program while funding terrorism.

The mission:


The Organization of 70 Nations is expected to enable cooperation towards economic and social programs that will benefit all mankind. Included in this will be an international court based on Biblical principles. The court will be granted the mandate to protect the globe from ecological threats, mobilizing resources to stop hunger and advance agriculture, and advancing medicine for the good of all mankind.

The organization emphasizes that every nation will keep its unique and distinct national identity, cultural heritage, language, and recognized borders.

The invitation was signed by the members of the Sanhedrin which included Rabbi Hillel Weiss, the spokesman, and Rabbi Dov Stein, the secretary.

Who’s attending?

Several nations have already expressed their intention to attend. Representing Guatemala, Vice president of the Republic of Guatemala Jafeth Ernesto Cabrera Franco as well as several of his advisers. There will also be official delegations from El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, Bolivia, Trinidad Tobago, and Costa Rica. Several of the delegates are parliamentarians of their respective countries.

The invitations were presented to the South American countries by Devora Luquer, head of the Hallel Foundation.

“The people in the government were immediately receptive and open to the idea of an international organization based on Bible principles,” Luquer told Breaking Israel News. “They perceived this as a return to their roots as a nation and as an individual.”

Luquer noted that such an organization must necessarily be based in Jerusalem, citing Isaiah as her source.

In recognition for her battle against bias and prejudice in the UN, the Sanhedrin invited former US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley to serve as the honorary president of the Organization of 70 Nations. Though Haley has yet to respond to the invitation, the Sanhedrin issued a commemorative coin to honor her accomplishments.

A musical performance

The conference will be preceded by a World Creation Concert held on September 25 (the 25th day of the Hebrew month of Elul) which, according to Jewish tradition, will be the 5779th anniversary of the creation of the world. The concert will feature a musical presentation of a selection of Psalms that comprise the Hallel, a prayer service praising God.

This will be the second concert of its kind. Last year, a World Creation Concert was held adjacent to the Temple Mount. During a ceremony held at the concert, representatives from Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico signed an agreement with the Sanhedrin to accompany the people of God, as peoples, nations, and individuals toward establishing the Temple in Jerusalem as a house of prayer for all nations as prophesied in the Bible.

Document on Human Fraternity for world peace and living together: Full text

The “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed on Monday afternoon in Abu Dhabi by Pope Francis and the Grand Imama of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb, is not only a milestone in relations between Christianity and Islam but also represents a message with a strong impact on the international scene. In the preface, after affirming that “Faith leads a believer to see in the other a brother or sister to be supported and loved”, this text is spoken of as a text “that has been given honest and serious thought”, which invites “all persons who have faith in God and faith in human fraternity to unite and work together”.

The document opens with a series of invocations: the Pope and the Grand Imam speak “in the name of God who has created all human beings equal in rights, duties and dignity”, “in the name of innocent human life that God has forbidden to kill”, “in the name of the poor”, “orphans, widows, refugees, exiles… and all victims of wars” and “persecution”. Al-Azhar, together with the Catholic Church, “declare the adoption of a culture of dialogue as the path; mutual cooperation as the code of conduct; reciprocal understanding as the method and standard”.

In the document, “we… call upon ourselves, upon the leaders of the world as well as the architects of international policy and world economy, to work strenuously to spread the culture of tolerance and of living together in peace; to intervene at the earliest opportunity to stop the shedding of innocent blood and bring an end to wars, conflicts, environmental decay and the moral and cultural decline that the world is presently experiencing”.

The two religious leaders ask all people of religion and culture, as well as the media, to rediscover and spread “the values of peace, justice, goodness, beauty, human fraternity and coexistence”. And they firmly affirm their belief “ that among the most important causes of the crises of the modern world are a desensitized human conscience, a distancing from religious values and a prevailing individualism accompanied by materialistic philosophies”.

While recognizing the positive steps taken by modern civilization, the declaration emphasizes the “moral deterioration that influences international action and a weakening of spiritual values and responsibility”, which leads many “to fall either into a vortex of atheistic, agnostic or religious extremism, or into blind and fanatic extremism.” Religious and national extremism, together with intolerance, have produced the signs of a “third world war being fought piecemeal”.

The Pope and the Grand Imam therefore state that “major political crises, situations of injustice and lack of equitable distribution of natural resources – which only a rich minority benefit from, to the detriment of the majority of the peoples of the earth – have generated, and continue to generate, vast numbers of poor, infirm and deceased persons. This leads to catastrophic crises that various countries have fallen victim to despite their natural resources and the resourcefulness of young people which characterize these nations. In the face of such crises that result in the deaths of millions of children – wasted away from poverty and hunger – there is an unacceptable silence”.


They affirm the fundamental importance of the family, as well as the importance “of awakening religious awareness”, especially in young people, “to confront tendencies that are individualistic, selfish, conflicting, and also address radicalism and blind extremism in all its forms and expressions.” The two leaders recall that the Creator “granted us the gift of life to protect it. It is a gift that no one has the right to take away, threaten or manipulate to suit oneself. Indeed, everyone must safeguard this gift of life from its beginning up to its natural end. We therefore condemn all those practices that are a threat to life such as genocide, acts of terrorism, forced displacement, trafficking in human organs, abortion and euthanasia. We likewise condemn the policies that promote these practices.”

They also “resolutely declare that religions must never incite war, hateful attitudes, hostility and extremism, nor must they incite violence or the shedding of blood. These tragic realities are the consequence of a deviation from religious teachings. They result from a political manipulation of religions and from interpretations made by religious groups”. For this reason, “We thus call upon all concerned to stop using religions to incite hatred, violence, extremism and blind fanaticism, and to refrain from using the name of God to justify acts of murder, exile, terrorism and oppression”. The Pope and the Grand Imam recall that “God, the Almighty, has no need to be defended by anyone and does not want His name to be used to terrorize people.”

The Declaration attests that “freedom is a right of every person: each individual enjoys the freedom of belief, thought, expression and action. The pluralism and the diversity of religions, colour, sex, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom, through which He created human beings. This divine wisdom is the source from which the right to freedom of belief and the freedom to be different derives. Therefore, the fact that people are forced to adhere to a certain religion or culture must be rejected, as too the imposition of a cultural way of life that others do not accept”.

It also states that “the protection of places of worship – synagogues, churches and mosques – is a duty guaranteed by religions, human values, laws and international agreements. Every attempt to attack places of worship or threaten them by violent assaults, bombings or destruction, is a deviation from the teachings of religions as well as a clear violation of international law”.

It is recalled once again that “Terrorism is deplorable and threatens the security of people, be they in the East or the West…, and disseminates panic, terror and pessimism, but this is not due to religion, even when terrorists instrumentalize it. It is due, rather, to an accumulation of incorrect interpretations of religious texts and to policies linked to hunger, poverty, injustice, oppression and pride. This is why it is so necessary to stop supporting terrorist movements fuelled by financing, the provision of weapons and strategy, and by attempts to justify these movements even using the media. All these must be regarded as international crimes that threaten security and world peace.”

The document states that “it is therefore crucial to establish in our societies the concept of full citizenship and reject the discriminatory use of the term minorities which engenders feelings of isolation and inferiority.”

The Declaration defines it as “essential requirement to recognize the right of women to education and employment, and to recognize their freedom to exercise their own political rights. Moreover, efforts must be made to free women from historical and social conditioning that runs contrary to the principles of their faith and dignity. It is also necessary to protect women from sexual exploitation… Accordingly, an end must be brought to all those inhuman and vulgar practices that denigrate the dignity of women. Efforts must be made to modify those laws that prevent women from fully enjoying their rights.”

 

After reaffirming the right of children to grow up in a family environment, to receive nutrition and education, the two leaders say: “All those practices that violate the dignity and rights of children must be denounced. It is equally important to be vigilant against the dangers that they are exposed to, particularly in the digital world, and to consider as a crime the trafficking of their innocence and all violations of their youth”.

 

Finally, “Al-Azhar and the Catholic Church ask that this Document become the object of research and reflection in all schools, universities and institutes of formation”. And they hope that the Declaration will become a “sign of the closeness between East and West, between North and South.”

A treaty framework with Israel is likely to be signed later this year, 2014, thou the final draft of this treaty will follow. Once the final draft of this treaty is signed, a final seven year period of human political rule is underway that will culminate with apocalyptic destruction and the return of Jesus Christ.

This treaty will permit Israel to build a Temple on the Temple mount and re-institute Levitical priest service of animal sacrifice. Animal sacrifice cannot commence until the Temple of the Jews is built on the Temple mount in Jerusalem. The construction of the Temple of the Jews will immediately commence upon signature of the final draft of this treaty.

This Temple construction should take approximately 1.5 years to complete however, it is "probable" that a "temporary" structure on the Temple mount will facilitate immediate animal sacrifice and service until the actual Temple construction is completed.
 
A temporary Temple facility on the Temple mount must be properly dedicated with animal sacrifice in order for the Levitical priests to perform service. This temporary facility will allow for animal sacrifice to begin immediately following the signing of this "treaty with many", a covenant with Hell and death.

This "sanctification" process must be repeated again at a later date, during the dedication service of the completed Temple facility once construction is finished. These animal sacrifices are an important prophetic event since all animal sacrifices will be the abolished 3.5 years after the practice is instituted and will be replaced with mandated worship of the human image of anti-Christ when he enters into the holy place. It is likely that the animal sacrifice dedication service that was prepared for the completed Temple facility, will be "interrupted" by the Abomination of Desolation, as the, anti-Christ, enters the holy place. Revelation 13:11-15.
 
"This is a likely scenario since scripture implicitly states that the treaty will fail in 3.5 years and Daniel identifies this 3.5 year mark as the "midst of the week, when the sacrifice and the oblation will cease, and the abominations he shall make it desolate to the "consummation" (end of all things). Daniel 9:27
 
Three and one half years, (3.5years) after the signing of this treaty, the anti-Christ, (man of lawlessness), man against Christ, I.e., "anti-Christ", will travel to Jerusalem and walk onto the Temple mount and enter the “holy place”. When this occurs, the Jews living in Judea will flee for their lives to the mountains in an attempt to escape the imminent disaster that will follow the collapse of this doomed so called “peace treaty” with Israel.

Interestingly, Jews in Judea is one of the most critical elements under negotiation to settle land disputes regarding this current treaty with Israel. The fact that Jews will be permitted to remain in Judea as a result of this very treaty is nothing less than statistically and prophetically amazing. Of course when the treaty falls apart 3.5 years after its signing, the lives of these Jews will be in jeopardy, exactly the condition that Jesus warned of in Matthew 24:16. It is at this exact moment in time a cataclysmic period that Jesus Christ referred to as the “Great Tribulation” will commence. Matthew 24:21.
 
15 “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), 16 “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Matthew 24:15-21.

The Abomination of Desolation (the lawless one), Anti-Christ, will enter the holy place and "trigger" of the judgments of God. This abominable "event" occurs 3.5 years AFTER animal sacrifices are abolished. Daniel 12:11. This occurs during Daniel's seventieth week, the seven year period of Jacob's time of trouble",
 
"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week (seven years): and in the midst of the week, (3.5 years later), he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate". Daniel 9:27
 
We know that the animal sacrifices on the Temple mount will commence immediately following completion of the Temple or a "temporary facility", while construction begins and is underway.

We know that animal sacrifices will be abolished 3.5 years after the first animal sacrifice occurs.

We know that the abolishment of animal sacrifice will immediately be followed by, or may possibly be the result of, the abomination of desolation entering the "Holy Place".

We know that 3.5 years after the initial signing of the treaty with Israel, the treaty will fail and the abomination of desolation will enter the holy place.- BOZUNG

11 He even exalted himself as high as the Prince of the host; and by him the daily sacrifices were taken away, and the place of His sanctuary was cast down. 12 Because of transgression, an army was given over to the horn to oppose the daily sacrifices; and he cast truth down to the ground. He did all this and prospered.
13 Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to that certain one who was speaking, “How long will the vision be, concerning the daily sacrifices and the transgression of desolation, the giving of both the sanctuary and the host to be trampled underfoot?”
14 And he said to me, “For two thousand three hundred days;[a] then the sanctuary shall be cleansed.”

the Antichrist will enter the Holy Place "in the middle of the week" or 3.5 years into the 70th Week. Sacrifices will have gone on for 1010 days in accordance with Daniel 8:11-14 (short of 3.5 years by 250 days).
