In 2024 - AFTER the use of WMD’s during the, Psalm 83 war escalates into, the Ezekiel 38 attempted invasion of Israel by Rosh and its’ allies, the prophesied, “treaty of hell and death”, as described in Isaiah Chapter 28 verse 15, will be agreed to, that seals the biblical destiny of human desolation as described in scripture. Abbas wants a final peace negotiation to be led by the International Community. He has specifically called for negotiations to be led by the “Middle East Quartet”. The Middle East Quartet was formed in 2002 in an attempt to reach a Middle East peace settlement. The Quartet is made up of the UN, EU, Russia and the United States. If this proposal develops, the possibility of the Antichrist playing a role in the final agreement escalates greatly.

It was bad enough that Washington and Moscow decided to end the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) when it expires in August of 2019. Now, Russian President Vladimir Putin has complained that the United States is showing little interest in discussing the renewal of another vital measure of arms control, the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (Start), signed in 2010 by then President Barack Obama and his counterpart at the time, Mr. Dmitry Medvedev.

Russia and the United States are currently in compliance with the treaty limits of the New START treaty. This table summarizes the evolution of the three weapons categories reported between 2011 and 2018. (Click on graph to view full size.)

Seven years after the New START treaty between Russia and the United States entered into force in 2011, the treaty entered into effect on February 5. The two countries declared they have met the limits for strategic nuclear forces.

At a time when relations between the two countries are at a post-Cold War low and defense hawks in both countries are screaming for new nuclear weapons and declaring arms control dead, the achievement couldn’t be more timely or important.

Achievements by the Numbers

The declarations show that Russia and the United States currently deploy a combined total of 2,794 warheads on 1,179 deployed strategic launchers. An additional 400 non-deployed launchers are empty, in overhaul, or awaiting destruction.

Compare that with the same categories in 2011: 3,337 warheads on 1,403 deployed strategic launchers with an additional 586 non-deployed launchers.

In other words, since 2011, the two countries have reduced their combined strategic forces by: 543 deployed strategic warheads, 224 deployed strategic launchers, and 186 non-deployed strategic launchers. These are modest reductions of about 16 percent over seven years for deployed forces (see chart below).

The New START data shows the world’s two largest nuclear powers have reduced their deployed strategic force by about 15 percent over the past seven years. (Click on graph to view full size.)

The Russian statement reports 1,444 warheads on 527 deployed strategic launchers with another 392 non-deployed launchers.

That means Russia since 2011 has reduced its deployed strategic warheads by 93, or only 6 percent. The number of deployed launchers has increased a little, by 6, while non-deployed launchers have declined by 80, or 24 percent (see chart below).

The Russian numbers hide an important new development: In order to meet the New START treaty limit, the warhead loading on some Russian strategic missiles has been reduced. The details of the download are not apparent from the limited data published by Russia. I am currently working on developing the estimate for how the download is distributed across the Russian strategic forces. The analysis will be published in a subsequent blog, as well in our next FAS Nuclear Notebook and in the 2018 SIPRI Yearbook.

The US statement lists 1,350 warheads on 652 deployed strategic launchers, and 148 non-deployed launchers.

That means the United States since 2011 has reduced its deployed strategic warheads by 450, or 25 percent. The number of deployed launchers has been reduced by 230, or 26 percent, while the number of non-deployed launchers had declined by 94, or 39 percent (see chart below).





US and Russian strategic force structures differ significantly. As a result, the reductions under New START have affected the two countries differently. Russia has significantly fewer launchers so rely on great warhead-loading to maintain rough overall parity. (Click on chart to view full size.)

In Context

The reason for the different reductions is, of course, that the United States in 2011 had significantly more warheads and launchers deployed than Russia. During the New START negotiations, the US military insisted on a higher launcher limit than proposed by Russia. So, while Russia by the latest count has 94 deployed warheads more than the United States, the United States enjoys a sizable advantage of 125 deployed strategic launchers more than Russia. Those extra launchers have a significant warhead upload capacity, a potential treaty breakout capability that Russian officials often complain about.

So despite the importance of the New START treaty and its achievements, not least its important verification regime, the declared numbers are a reminder of how far the two nuclear superpowers still have to go to reduce their unnecessarily large nuclear forces. Ironically, because the US military insisted on a higher launcher limit, Russia could – if it decided to do so, although that seems unlikely – build up its strategic launchers to reduce the US advantage, and still be in compliance with the treaty limits. The United States, in contrast, is at full capacity.

But the apparent download of warheads on Russia’s strategic missiles demonstrates an important effect of New START: It actually keeps a lid on the strategic force levels.

Still, not to forget: The deployed strategic warhead numbers counted under New START represent only a portion of the total number of warheads the two countries have in the arsenals. We estimate that the deployed strategic warheads declared by the two countries represent on about one-third of the total number of warheads in their nuclear stockpiles (see here for details).

This all points to the importance of the two countries agreeing to extend the New START treaty for an additional five years before it expires in 2021. Neither can afford to abandon the only strategic limitations treaty and its verification regime. Failing this most basic responsibility would, especially in the current political climate, remove any caps on strategic nuclear forces and potentially open the door to a new nuclear arms race. The warning signs are all there: East and West are in an official adversarial relationship, increasing military posturing, modernizing and adding nuclear weapons to their arsenals, and adjusting their nuclear policies for a return to Great Power competition.

In Dan. 9:27 we read, "And he shall "confirm" the covenant with many for "one week", a week referring here to a final seven-year period just prior to the second coming of Christ. The "one" referred to here as making this seven-year covenant is "the Prince that shall come", namely the Antichrist, who will become the head of a ten-regional world empire. It is clear that the anti-christ will confirm this treaty with the people of Daniel, Israel...see verse 24. What is also very important to understand is that in order to confirm a treaty (covenant) with many, the treaty must already be active and underway. The "START TREATY" is the beginning of this 7-year covenant and will have many confirmation phases with many countries around the world as it progresses through the 7 years. Israel will also participate in the confirmation process. Shortly thereafter, the treaty will fall apart ending with the terrible reign of anti-christ, war of Armageddon and the return of Jesus Christ.

The idea that famine is a future event is also folly in man's constricted perception of things that be and never doeth hunger kiss the human with prejudice and death. “POPPYCOCK”!

As men await to lay “claim” to numinous criteria, boasting prophetic fulfillment of “future” events, it escapes the boorish, that the perpetual deficiencies and implacable global absence of abundant tranquility, sustenance and resources for millennia, doeth indeed demonstrate the “Dilemma of IGNORANCE”, a spate that embraces that which cannot be sustained by biblical scrutiny nor endure the test of sound doctrine.

Death, murder, famine, earthquakes, violence and incredible so called “natural disasters” are the documented result of mankind rejecting the provision of Salvation down through the ages! When was “peace taken from the earth” on the very day that CAIN KILLED ABEL. Think about it.

This “act of murder” was the very FIRST recorded in human history and was the direct result of sin. The offense of murder has continued to escalate down through the ages, reaching moments of climax during monumental wars, yet never ceasing to this day.

The same records of famine and the other descriptive events contained in the “seals” of Revelation events have continued and increased exponentially to date.

The events of the SIXTH and seventh SEALS however are yet near future. VERY NEAR!

Indeed, the year of 2016-2017 (5777 to 5778) is also the Jubilee Year. THE WORLD NOW ENTERS THE TIME OF SORROWS AND THE TIME OF JACOB’S TROUBLE!!!

UNDERSTAND that this time, the call of repentance will be for ONE PURPOSE. Repentance at the prophetic time will lead ONLY to the ULTIMATE RESTORATION, that is THE BRIDE RESTORED TO THE BRIDEGROOM in Heaven.

There will be NO “SUPER REVIVAL”, in traditional terms but rather a repentance that will result in the final separation of the sheep and goats BEFORE the wrath of the Lord is poured out upon a wicked and non-repented people. Remember at this exact moment, THE WAYS OF MANKIND MUST be as it was in the days of Noah and Lot!

... THERE WERE NO MORE PEOPLE WHO WOULD REPENT, THERE WAS NO REVIVAL!!!

The entire world in Noah's case was continually wicked 24/7. In Lots' case, no one else would repent in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. NONE!! NOT ONE!!! This is what Abraham’s argument with Jehovah was about. Abraham was attempting to sway the Lord away from the destruction of Sodom. Abraham kept asking God if there were 10 or less righteous in the City would He spare it.

Abraham should have asked the Lord IS THERE ANYONE IN THE CITY WHO WILL REPENT. This was the question to be asked and the answer was NO! When the last soul comes into His Kingdom, (during this present church age), THEN ITS OVER! The Bride and Bridegroom will come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber" and be joined TOGETHER in Heaven, the Church will NO LONGER EXIST upon the earth. THIS IS SETTLED OVER THE LAST CONVERSION!

UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN THE WINDS BLOW THIS TIME ... The fat lady has sung her last song!!!!!!!!!!!!

UNDERSTAND THAT The "WINDS” cause the fire consumes before them and behind them a flame burns. The land is like the garden of Eden before them but a desolate wilderness behind them, and nothing at all escapes them. This is the chaff separation from the wheat.

UNDERSTAND THAT The winds; that refine the Bride is the direct result of the "shaking" of the sixth seal. The Bride has at least one leg in the world and adversity is the only physical element that will cause "christians" to DECIDE to place their complete commitment and faith in Christ or anti-Christ.

When 911 happened, there was about two months when "christians" became religious. THIS WILL BE MUCH DIFFERENT. These winds have ONLY ONE PURPOSE, to bring the last soul into the Kingdom before the final Divine judgement of wrath come and to SHAKE OUT THE WOLVES AND GOATS from among the true Church of Jesus Christ!

UNDERSTAND "Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. To the angel of the church in Smyrna write these are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.

And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD listened and heard them;

So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name. “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. UNDERSTAND THAT The scripture states one day is as a thousand years", thus the "DAY of the LORD" begins @ the "first" trump of God and continues on and through the millennial reign of Christ. So, the day of the Lord includes the millennium. The Day of the Lord is BOTH "GREAT & TERRIBLE", Joel 2:31.

“Christians” who accuse Believers as “FAITHLESS”, who “prepare” or “prep” for “tribulation”, (times of pressure, distress, trouble) are they themselves “fools” according to biblical scripture.

"The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty", Proverbs 27:12.

As a Believer, once you understand “WHAT YOU ARE PREPPING FOR”, then you will “PREP”. "By FAITH Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved" … Hebrews 11:7.

The non-believer “preps in fear” of what is coming in order to prolong their wretched carnal lives, the “only life” they know.

A Believer understands that this “world” is NOT their destiny and prepares for what comes in order to survive just as “long as it takes” to participate in the final harvest of souls.

A believer understands that “survival” is a temporary means to an “eternal end in mind”.

A Believer is “FOCUSED" on the "eternal objective" of “gain for the Kingdom of God”

A carnal, worldly man concentrates on "desperate survival" for "personal gain and preservation".

YOUR PERSPECTIVE IS SKEWED BY WHAT MATTERS TO YOU!

Do not expect relief from armed apostate prepper millionaires of the likes of Osteen, Warren and Copeland, whose lavish life styles have "stashed" hordes of supplies for themselves and their immediate families. Do NOT expect your own pastor to feed you IF he has not heeded the warnings of the prophets over the past five years!!! YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN when CHAOS STRIKES the PLANET!

Will YOU be a liability or will you be an asset to the Kingdom of God?
