A 2015 federal budget bill repealed a key part of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law, which protected depositor’s savings.

Soferut (I.e., the laws concerning the scribal arts of writing Sefrei Torah) requires that all Hebrew letters be well-formed - that is, no letters can touch other letters and no letters can be malformed, broken, or otherwise illegible. However, there is a strange exception to these rules regarding the Vav that appears in the word "shalom" Numbers 25:12: "Behold, I am giving to him my covenant of peace."

 What is the significance of this broken Vav?

The story in Numbers chapter 25 is about Phineas (the grandson of Aaron the priest) and his zeal to remove evil from Israel by driving a spear through a man who was fornicating with a Moabite woman.

On account of Phineas' act, God stopped the plague and Israel was delivered from destruction. From a Messianic point of view, we can see that Phineas is a type of Yeshua, since it is written that "he was jealous for his God and made atonement for the people of Israel" (Numbers 25:13).

On a "sod" level we can further think of this broken Vav as picture of the brokenness of the Messiah for our ultimate deliverance. How so?

Well, since Vav represents the number of Man, the broken Vav represents a man that is broken. In this particular pasuk (verse), the man has been broken for the sake of a covenant of peace that brought atonement to Israel - another picture of the Messiah Yeshua and His ultimate deliverance for us.

 The Vav, Messiah, and New Creation -
When God first created the "generations" of the heavens and the earth, the word toldot is used (Gen. 2:4). This refers to created order before the sin and fall of Adam and Eve. After the fall of Adam, however, the word is spelled differently in the Hebrew text, with a missing letter Vav.

Thereafter, each time the phrase, "these are the generations of" occurs in the Scriptures (a formulaic way of enumerating the generations of the heads of families), the word is spelled "defectively," with the missing Vav (?). The Vav was "lost." However, when we come to Ruth 4:18 the phrase:

'These are the generations of Perez' is spelled with the missing Vav restored. In all of Scripture, the only two places where we see the restored spelling is in Genesis 2:4 and Ruth 4:18, which leads to the question as to what connection there might be between the creation of the heavens and the earth, the fall of mankind, and the creation of the family line of Perez?

The name "Perez" means "breach" (from paratz, meaning "to break through"). God was going to "break through" the families of mankind in order to restore creation back to its original intent.

The letter Vav represents man, and the very first Vav in the Torah is associated with the "first and last man" as seen in Genesis 1:1:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.

KEEPING TRACK REQUIRES EVERYONE TO BE "NUMBERED"

The Sin of Numbering the People: 2 Samuel 24:1-25. - "Numbering the People": The sin of "counting" people has everything to do with the MOTIVE and PURPOSE of the count. If the 'counter' ignores the unique, individuality of each human soul that was created in the image and likeness of God, the process of counting people is evil and an absolute abomination to God.

David numbered the people one day and God said David sinned and here is why.

DAVID NUMBERED THE PEOPLE: David's sin in numbering the people of Israel - It was Satan who provoked David to number Israel. 2 Samuel 24:1-25.

Based upon available biblical information, a sound conclusion can be reached regarding the sin of David counting the people of Israel. David "numbered the people" with NO REGARD of the unique individuality of the soul and of each person. David numbered people in pride, (strength of his flesh).

David wanted to determine the strength of his army in numbers. In other words, rather than relying this time upon the strength of God in battle, David eyes were on the "numbers".

David's motive was confirmed by God who declared that the number of the men that he counted were of "those that drew the sword" (2nd Samuel 24:9-10). The offense against God in this case was that David was looking at the power and strength of the size of his army, (number of solders), rather than boasting in the strength of the Lord.

Something to consider: In the Bible, numbering people was a very lawful thing to do, IF it was directed by God Himself and served His purposes, (Exodus 30:11-12).

MOSES NUMBERED THE PEOPLE - "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a (ransom for his soul) unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them." God called for a "ransom for each man's soul" when He required human beings to be numbered.

The ransom would be in the form of a sacrifice to God during the counting process that acknowledged how precious each and every human soul is to Him. God created each man as a unique individual with a soul so precious, that He would one day die for the sins of each man. When God called to men to be numbered, He was setting each one apart for His service with the understanding that each man belongs to the Lord.

"And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying, Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls; From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies."

Clearly we see that there was no inherent sin in numbering Israel IF each human being is acknowledged as unique and belongs to God who is his source of life. God Himself told them to do it on occasion. But when king David numbered Israel, we are told that he was motivated by sin because he was tempted by Satan to trust in flesh with no regard of the numbered of whom belonged to the Lord. David's pride was manifested. (Numbers 1:1-3).

SO WHAT WILL BE THE PROBLEM WITH OBAMACARE NUMBERING ALL MEN?

Obamacare will number people like cattle in order to control every aspect of each man's life via an assigned number that will be physically introduced into the human body and link each person to a database containing private collected Intel provided by the NSA.

Each individual's database will be electronically linked to the individual's medical information, personal banking account information and controlled by the government allowing for each individual to engage in commerce if they comply with new government mandated, politically correct directives, regardless if these directives conflict with individual's morals, religious and or political views.

This hideous numbering system completely rejects the existence of God and replaces the idea of a God with the implication of a "system" that becomes your provider. This "system" approves or disapproves all commerce transactions based on human compliance to mandates and directives. Food, water, energy, employment, commerce will be accessed via this assigned number.

This evil numbering process will control the behavior of each individual. The intro phase of obamacare will allow for an "opt out" with imposed fines for non-participation. The second phase implementation will remove all options to not participate under penalty of death. The bible declares that anyone who allows himself to participate in this 'count', (to be numbered), will be eternally lost and sentenced to eternal death. (Revelation 14:9-10)

He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.

(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘(B)and is— ‘‘(I) a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.” A "class II device that is implantable?"

Then on page 1,004 it describes what the term "data" means in paragraph 1, section B: ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to in formation respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary."


Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a "implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information."

So those who opt to be included in the Obama health care plan will be offered an implantable chip which will include medical history, patient survey data, and any other data they might need to diagnose your illness or condition. Are you sure you want to go down this slippery slope?

Class III: General Controls and pre market Approval

A Class III device is one for which insufficient information exists to assure safety and effectiveness solely through the general or special controls sufficient for Class I or Class II devices. Such a device needs pre market approval, a scientific review to ensure the device's safety and effectiveness, in addition to the general controls of Class I.

Class III devices are described as those for which "insufficient information exists to determine that general controls are sufficient to provide reasonable assurance of its safety and effectiveness or that application of special controls ... Would provide such assurance and if, in addition, the device is life-supporting or life-sustaining, or for a use which is of substantial importance in preventing impairment of human health, or if the device presents a potential unreasonable risk of illness or injury."[3]

Examples of Class III devices which require a pre market approval include replacement heart valves, silicone gel-filled breast implants, implanted cerebral stimulators, implant able pacemaker pulse generators and endosseous (intra-bone) implants (with the exception of root-form.

As per the HITECH Act that has been funded with 19 Billion from the Stimulus Package Bill that was passed included was a plan to convert ALL medical records into Electronic Health Records (EHR). The H.R. 3200 is the foundational ground work to electronic records.

This Act will be changed or amended or another bill introduced and swept through to fund and upgrade these existing machine-readable identification cards to implantable RFID chips and eliminate the cards which will be the final step to phase out all "paper" documents and rely on electronic records...at the Secrtetary's discretion. In the future, in order to receive health care, we must have the chip to have access.

In English one of the more intriguing definitions of stigma is “token.” Anyone familiar with digital security will recognize a token as a physical device that’s used to gain various levels of access . That’s exactly what the Verichip is. Security is huge when it comes to travel and commerce, and security will play a large role in selling the Mark of the Beast.

Like the Verichip, a security token almost always carries a unique number on it. One must wonder if this somehow relates to 666, the “number of his name” ( Revelation 13:17-18). "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Chi-Xi-Stigma Six Hundred Threescore and Six 666. Much like the original authors, the Biblical scholars of the King James Bible (KJV) chose to spell out the number 666 – Six hundred threescore and six.

This is one of the rare exceptions in the Bible where words are used rather than numbers to describe a numeric value. God inspired these men to spell it out – Six hundred threescore and six – so that we can gain a further understanding of the Mark of the beast. Interestingly, spelling out 666 in words accurately preserves the original use of the Greek language. If we look at the Greek we see that 666 is presented with three words: Chi – Xi – Stigma.

The numeric values of these three Greek letters add up to 666. Strong’s Concordance gives stigma the following definition: “to ‘stick’ … a mark incised or punched (for recognition of ownership) … mark.” With the definitions of stick, incised, punched, and mark, stigma is very close to the definition of charagma.

Stigma and charagma both support the idea of a syringe injectable microchip like the Verichip. Stigma has also made it into the English language where it’s defined as “a mark of infamy or disgrace,” there’s an obvious carryover from its use in Revelation.

There’s another notable correlation between the Verichip and 666, Chi-Xi-Stigma. One of the earliest public faces of Applied Digital Solutions was Digital Angel. Due to the alarming character of the technology it was quickly discovered that the Digital Angel logo contained a hidden but obvious 666.

Digital Angel isn’t the only product with a name or logo that links to 666. The connection between 666 and acquired products seems to have become a trend for Applied Digital Solutions’ Verichip Corporation. If nothing else they add to the mounting evidence revealing the nature of the Mark of the Beast and 666. It’s hard to write these off as mere coincidence.

A recent acquisition by Applied Digital Solutions is eXI Wireless. Remember that Xi is the 60 in 666. Another purchase is Xmark (who’s products include WatchMate and Hugs.) The similarities are obvious. Also worth mentioning is Somark Innovations, a company that manufactures invisible RFID ink used to tattoo cattle for tracking.
